Feed the fitness Kraving at new West DM gym

Craving a good workout? The Des Moines metro has no shortages of options, and now, one more is added to the mix. Timed perfectly for burning off that St. Paddy’s Day beer gut, Krave had its soft opening, at 5010 E.P. True Parkway, in West Des Moines, on March 17, and it’s been open ever since. We mean that literally. It’s a 24-hour gym, so members can work out on their own time, whenever that time may be. What makes it different, says its owners, is that KRAVE targets five areas of functional training they call “Krave Fit,” which is managed by its trained fitness masters: agility, endurance, strength, striking and stability. Visit the new facility for free, and check out its cutting edge floor plan. Learn more about rates and becoming a team member by visiting its website at www.kravegym.com.
