Interrobang Film Festival Announces 53 Films from 9 Different Counties to be Screened at Des Moines Arts Festival5/13/2019
The Interrobang Film Festival (IFF) is proud to announce the 53 films from nine different countries that made it past the cutting room floor to be screened over the three days of the Des Moines Arts Festival June 28-30.
Part juried competition, part public screening and part workshop, the unique IFF event allows both cinema enthusiasts and curious newcomers the chance to experience a wide variety of films created by artists around the globe from the comfort of the air-conditioned South Wing of the Des Moines Central Library.
IFF proudly declares 2019 another banner year, with their announcement that all award winners will now be IMDb verified. IMDb is the world’s most popular and authoritative source for movie, TV and celebrity content that offers ratings and reviews for the newest movie and TV shows. This means that the awards granted from IFF are acknowledged and accredited within the international film industry.
“This is the Interrobang Film Festival’s most dynamic year ever, featuring shorts and films from all around the world,” said Kristian Day, Interrobang Film Festival Producer. “Acknowledgment by IMDb shows serious traction within the film industry and it is a significant badge of honor for our filmmakers.”
Complete synopses of each of the films is now available on the Des Moines Arts Festival website.
