Travel

The Des Moines City Council recently approved Senior Police Officer John Scarlett to travel to Austin, Texas, from June 15-19, to attend the International Narcotics Interdiction Association’s “Sky Narc” Training Conference. The training promises to offer numerous classes on the current trends regarding illegal narcotic trafficking, terrorist interdiction and other criminal activity associated with drug distribution.
