At 8 p.m on Tuesday, Nov. 12, DG’s Taphouse in Ames is playing host to the fantastically titled “Night Of Iowa Musical Diversity And Eclecticism” featuring Dark Mirror and Strong Like Bear, as well as guitarist Dylan Boyle and Peace, Love and Stuff front woman Lavonne McRoberts. The event is being held to raise cash to fund “A Corny Christmas,” a Christmas album featuring Iowa acts including Christopher the Conquered, Brother Trucker, North of Grand and Poison Control Center.
