The Des Moines City Council approved travel funding for Fleet Services Mechanic Mike Goodwin and Steve Hesslink to visit Salisbury, North Carolina, from Feb. 28 to March 2 to attend training on the operation and maintenance of the new Power Curber purchased by the city.
