Justin Bieber is coming back to Des Moines. The Canadian everyone either loves or loves to hate makes his first appearance in the city since making fans wait for nearly two hours last year. June 22 is the date to circle, if you are so inclined, with tickets going on sale Nov. 20 at 10 a.m. When the time comes, you can bet we will live-tweet the show.

The Des Moines Music Coalition has announced the lineup for this year’s Little BIG Fest, held once again at Wooly’s, with this year’s second stage moving out to Lefty’s. Headliner for this year’s festival is John Fullbright, with the lineup including Iowa acts like Dave Zollo, Bob Pace, Matt Woods, Pieta Brown and Dan Tedesco. This week’s Pick o’ the Week is at Lefty’s, on Friday, Nov. 20. Get up there at 9 p.m to check out Dubuque-based Cranes/Vulture, along with Crystal City and Goodcat. Admission is $7 at the door. Mahalo. CV
