The Des Moines Art Festival announced musical acts coming up during the festival at Gateway Park June 23-25. Sister Hazel and The 502s will headline the Hy-Vee Main Stage with Satsang opening. The Roots Stage features Buffalo Nichols and Joshua Ray Walker. Other performers include B2wins, River City Opry, Heath Alan Band, Stringfield, Molly Nova and the Hawks, Penny Peach, The Finesse and others. Just because Sunday arrives, it doesn’t mean the weekend is over. On Sunday nights, starting at 6 p.m., head out to West Des Moines for Summer Sundaze at the Jamie Hurd Amphitheater. On June 4, catch Sharane Calister and The Feel Right or see the Rhythmatics on June 11.

The Camp Dodge Summer Concert Series in Johnston is offering up four outdoor concerts in June. On June 8, Standing Hampton; June 22 is Pianopalooza featuring the Dueling Pianos. n
