The Civic Music Association has named Peter Stevenson as its new executive director. Stevenson comes to the CMA from his previous position as the director of development for the Des Moines Symphony and Academy. Stevenson replaces outgoing executive director Carrie Clogg and takes over the role on Aug. 1.
