Des Moines Arts Festival® Announces 2024 Interrobang Film Festival Winners
7/1/2024Italian Filmmaker Marina Resta takes Best in Show for “Traces of Rocco”
(Des Moines, IA) – Officials from the Des Moines Arts Festival presented by Nationwide recognized winners of the 2024 Interrobang Film Festival at a public event at 1 p.m. today. Traces of Rocco by Italian filmmaker received Best in Show. Traces of Rocco is a film covering the search for the iconographical and metaphorical traces of the Southern Italian poet, social researcher, and politician Rocco Scotellaro.
Interrobang featured 50 juried films from 14 countries at the east end of the Festival in the Central Library. Screenings included feature, student, short, documentary, and web/TV films and several panel discussions.
