A MAGICAL Family Night in the East Village

This month will feature a FREE family fun event in the Lifeserve parking lot from 5-7 pm, featuring a magic show, balloon animals, crafting, story time, and more!

FREE Family Fun Event
Bring the family down to a First Friday MAGICAL Family night in the East Village this Friday from 5-7pm in the Lifeserve parking lot.
The East Village is delighted to host a MAGIC SHOW by local top-performing magician Mikayla Oz preceded by balloon animals, crafts and story time – THIS IS A FREE EVENT!

Local Balloon Artist Extraordinaire, Professor Von Air Oscar Rosales will be on site crafting balloon art to take home while the whimsical women of Ephemera host kid-friendly crafts. Storyhouse Bookpub will open for Mikayla, leading story time with a magical parachute. Then meet magician, Mikayla Oz, for a highly interactive program. Mikayla helps kids make the magic happen with a ton of family friendly comedy and magic with audience favorite, Bubbles the Bird! Storyhouse & Ephemera will have mini pop-up shops on site for your perusal + Karen’s famous popcorn machine!

About Professor Von Air: Oscar Rosales has been performing since 1996, doing events such as birthday parties, church programs, corporate picnics, festivals, hospitals visits, nursing home visits, parades, farmer’s markets, meet and greet and others all over Iowa. He has also taught balloon art and clowning. He can do events in English and Spanish.
