The Des Moines City Council approved funding for travel expenses for Matt Anderson, assistant city manager, to Dallas, Texas, from March 4-9. Anderson will be attending The Public-Private Partnernship Conference and Expo, a gathering for development professionals in the U.S. This comes at a cost of $1,522.53 to local taxpayers. CV
