This month, on June 6, The Sons of Gladys Kravitz; June 20, Red Dirt Renegades and June 27, Sidewinders. The family-friendly event is free. Just remember to bring your ID to get in the complex.
Attend a free concert featuring the Boulevards and Eleanor Grace at Drake Park on June 22 starting at 4:30 p.m. The show is part of the Summer in the City concert series organized by the nonprofit Station 1 Records, with a mission to provide arts to neighborhoods that are historically underserved. Dennis DeYoung, former lead singer of Styx, brings his “Grand Illusion 40th Anniversary Album Tour” to Hoyt Sherman on Nov. 22. His band will play the entire “Grand Illusion” album, plus other hits. Ticket sales to be announced in June. ♦
