The official record release party for Twins’ new album, “Square America,” takes place at Vaudeville Mews on Friday, July 22 at 9:30 p.m. Check this issue for a review, then go buy the album.

The Sixth Avenue Corridor is hosting a multi-band, Jazz in July show on Saturday, July 23 featuring Parranderos Latin Combo, Backstage Boogie, The Tighten Up and Tina Haase Findlay with Diva & The Deacons. The event starts at 3 p.m. and takes place at Sixth and College streets.

Shenandoah is set to perform at Hoyt Sherman Place on Saturday, Oct. 15 at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale on July 22 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased in person at the Hoyt Sherman Place Box Office, charged by phone at 800-745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
