February is National Spay and Neuter Awareness Month, and the ARL is celebrating with a Spay-Ghetti & No Balls Dinner — this year at two Des Moines locations!. Join us at OPA! Italian and Greek on Thursday, February 18th or at Scornovacca’s Ristorante on Sunday, February 21 for a delicious dinner, while learning about the positive impact that Spay & Neuter programs have on the community.
