Packed with Relish once again

Here’s another issue we relish — literally.

We made a decision last year to incorporate our quarterly dining guide into the pages of Cityview in order to further strengthen the Relish name and to bring restaurant, dining and food news to even more people.

This issue furthers that mission with great stories from food critic Jim Duncan on Iowa’s proud transformation from the corn state to the pig state. Residents and business people have embraced pigs in ways never dreamed of before.

Jim also continues to share restaurant news and happenings in his popular “Dish” column along with his ongoing message about hormones and antibiotics in today’s food in “The Good Steward.”

Jared Curtis reports on the BBQ battleground with some friendly competition, and Matt Miller details the latest on farmers’ markets in the suburbs, all in this issue of Cityview — packed with Relish.
