The Des Moines City Council recently approved
Information Technology Business Analyst Deb
Maier to travel to Daytona Beach, Fla., from
Sept. 6 – 13 to attend the Lucity annual users
conference. Lucity is the software Public Works
uses for sewer work orders. The conference is
said to allow the City to explore options for
additional ways to gain efficiency and to network
with other municipalities in order to learn
how to use Lucity to identify ways other cities
are using the software in order to potentially
