The story: Officers observed a red Chevy Lumina that did not come to a complete stop at an intersection. At that point, officers activated their emergency lights and followed the car into an alley. Oregon stated he had none, at which officers placed him under arrest for failure to obey stop sign, no insurance (non-accident), driving while license denied, cancelled, suspended or revoked. He was also charged with possession of a weapon as a felon after officers learned Oregon was recently charged with burglary and robbery in California.
