The West Glen area offers patrons a little bit of everything including dinner, drinks, shows and shopping. And although there are a few nightlife destinations, Cabaret West Glen is at the center of all the fun.

“We decided to open here because we knew this area was going to grow and offer a unique experience,” said manager Katie Kellogg.

Stop in Monday for Steak Night and enjoy two steak dinners (8 oz. sirloin, baked potato, roll and salad bar) for $10. They also offer $5 domestic pitchers, $6 UV pitchers and $7 import pitchers. From to 8 p.m. to close, patrons can also enjoy $2 bottles, $2 wells, $3 shots and $4 bombs. Tuesday offers $2 wells, $2 domestic bottles and $2 domestic draws, as well as Baggs and Beer Pong tournaments. Wednesday is Facebook Friends with Benefits night. Became a fan of Cabaret West Glen on Facebook, then stop in for a large assortment of drinks specials and $4 martinis. Stop in Thursday for Servin Up Sexy/Absolut Patio Party. Enjoy $2 Svedka drinks, $2 Captain Morgan drinks, $4 Moscow Mules, $4 margaritas, $3 Long Island Iced Teas, $4 sexy bombs and a $200 bar tab is given away to the sexiest person in attendance with his or her name registered for a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles, Calif.

Start your weekend right on Friday with $1 domestic draws, $2 import draws, $1 off everything and free food from 3 to 7 p.m. From 7 p.m. to 2 a.m., enjoy $3 wells, $4 vodka/Red Bull and $5 bomb of the night. Saturday offers both early and late night specials. From 3 to 8 p.m. enjoy $2 domestic draws, $3 import draws and two-for-one martinis. From 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. the bar offers $3 Southern Comfort drinks and Liquid Cocaine shots, $6 UV pitchers and a $2 mystery beer. Wind down your weekend on Sunday with $2 Captain drinks, $2 domestic bottles and free games.

“We have great specials, and our Friday Happy Hour is one of the best in town,” Kellogg said.

The bar offers Chicago Cub fans the perfect place to enjoy a game. They offer $2 Old Style tallboys, $2 cubbie shots and $4 cubbie bombs. They are also offering fans a chance to register to win a Cubs Bleacher Party, which includes a free keg of Bud Light during a Saturday day game.

On Friday, April 16, the bar will hold an Absolut Patio Party. Celebrating the grand opening of their patio, Absolut will hand out free samples and prize giveaways from 7 to 9 p.m. There will also be drinks specials and a Baggs tournament. The bar is also entering the social networking world of Foursquare and needs your help to get a swarm badge. Anybody who checks in with the bartenders on Friday night receives a free drink.

The bar will also host a Summer Patio Concert Series including Final Mix (May 21), BS & the Liars (June 4), band TBA (July 2), and they’ll close down the summer on Aug. 21 with Ben Hagen Trio, Bound 2 Be and The Nadas. With so many events and specials, Cabaret West Glen has even the pickiest of partiers leaving happy.

“We’re a neighborhood bar with a nightclub feel, and we have a great staff who go above and beyond to satisfy our customers,” Kellogg said. CV
