A royal flush
We all have impressions of places we visit because of the care, or lack thereof, of the bathrooms. And although choosing the cleanest facilities is always the best option, we sometime don’t have much choice as to the time and place that nature calls. As a result, we are forced to do our duty in places we would have preferred not to. On the other hand, we have also walked into bathrooms so luxurious that we have left feeling guilty performing such a dastardly deed in their posh environments. The range of facilities varies as much as the locations, and sometimes in shocking ways.
Through the years, our readers have shared their observations of various bathrooms in the metro, and we have developed a few of our own. In this week’s cover story, Jared Curtis takes us inside a number of locations and provides photos of a few of the cleanest, nastiest and most unique in central Iowa.
