Nov. 21, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Burglary in the 1300 block of Rittenhouse Street. Victim stated when she returned home from work she walked in and noticed her lights were on and her Apple iPod Nano and its docking station, totaling $350, were missing from the kitchen counter. The victim checked the rest of the house and found her HP notebook, Nintendo Wii and other various items were missing. The victim believes the suspect(s) entered through the back door of the house. There are no suspect(s) at this time.


Nov. 20, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Burglary in the 400 block of Virginia Avenue. The victim stated that someone broke into his house and took a Playstation 3, controllers and games, valued at $800. Witnesses stated they saw three suspects run out of the house and travel westbound on Virginia Avenue in an unknown vehicle. The victim stated the house was left unlocked, and there was no sign of forced entry. There are no suspects at this time.


Nov. 20, 2:30 p.m.
Assault with injury in the 2200 block of Glenbrook Drive. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who stated that she and the suspect have a child together. The suspect visited the house to see the child, and once there, an argument ensued between the couple. The victim stated the suspect head-butted her and attempted to take her cell phone. The victim said the suspect also grabbed her and shoved her against the car before fleeing the scene. Officers were unable to locate the suspect. CV



Name: Anthony Lee Pack
The story: While driving north in the 2600 block of East 9th Street, an officer observed a maroon Chevy Cavalier, driven by a black male, later identified as Lee. The vehicle matched the description of a suspect vehicle, which had been put out on alert. The officer turned and followed Pack, who began traveling at a high rate of speed and ran three stop signs. Pack eventually bailed from his vehicle and ran into a residence. The officer called for additional officers to surround the house. Approximately four minutes later, Pack exited the house and was taken into custody. Pack stated he ran because he was scared and wanted to see his children. Pack was also wanted for domestic and harassment charges. Pack taken to the Polk County Jail was charged with eluding, interference with official acts, no front plate, first-degree harassment and domestic assault.
